Subscriptions

The main page lists all your hubs with their subscription status.

Each hub card shows:

  • Status circle — green: Active, orange: Expiring soon, red: Expired, grey: Not subscribed
  • Hub ID — your unique hub identifier
  • Registered users — emails of users linked to this hub
  • User note — a note about this hub (if set)
  • Time remaining — how long until the subscription ends

Statuses:

  • Active — subscription is current. The hub is sending PLC data to the Cloud.
  • Expiring soon — subscription ends within 30 days. Consider renewing.
  • Expired — subscription has ended. The hub is no longer sending PLC data to the Cloud.
  • Not subscribed — no subscription has been set up yet.

Click any hub card to open the hub details dialog.

Hub Details Dialog

When you click a hub card, a dialog opens showing:

  • Subscription dates — begin and end date
  • Registered users — list of emails linked to this hub. You can add a user by entering an email and clicking "Add User", or remove a user by clicking the delete icon (delete) next to their email.
  • User Note — a text field with Save button to set a note visible on the hub card

Hub Details Dialog — Admin

The hub details dialog also shows these elements for administrators:

  • Extend Subscription — choose 1, 2, 3 years or a custom end date
  • Deactivate — end the subscription immediately
  • Admin Note — note visible to administrators in the billing UI and in the dashboard
  • Reset password — send a password reset email to a user

Top Bar

The bar at the top of the page contains:

The theme icon changes to show the current mode:
light_mode Light dark_mode Dark brightness_auto Auto
  • Dashboard link (open_in_new) — opens the dashboard where you can view charts and data from your hubs (if available for your account)
  • Theme switcher (dark_mode / light_mode / brightness_auto) — click to cycle between light mode, dark mode, and auto mode (follows your system setting)
  • Menu (hamburger icon menu) — contains Help, Change Password, Delete Account, and Logout

Searching and Filtering

Use the tools below the page title to find and organize hubs:

  • Search bar: type to search hubs by ID, user email, or note text
  • Status dropdown: show only hubs with a specific status (Active, Expiring soon, Expired, Not subscribed)
  • Sort dropdown: order hubs by ID, subscription begin/end date, or status
  • Filter-off button (filter_alt_off): clears all filters at once

Statistics badges above the hub list show how many hubs have each status.

Notes

Each hub card may display a note with useful information about the hub, such as place information, setup details, maintenance reminders or other notes.

Managing Your Account

Menu

Open the menu in the top-right corner:

  • Help: opens this help page
  • Change Password: enter your current password, then your new password twice (minimum 8 characters)
  • Delete Account: permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You will be logged out immediately.
  • Logout: ends your session. If you have the dashboard open, it will also be logged out.

Managing Subscriptions

Click a hub card to open the management dialog.

Or select "Set custom date" to enter a specific end date.
  • Extend Subscription: choose 1, 2, or 3 years, or set a custom end date, then click the green "Extend Subscription" button.
  • Deactivate: click the red "Deactivate now" button to end the subscription immediately.
Note fields
  • Admin Note: note visible to administrators in the billing UI and in the dashboard
  • User Note: visible to the hub's registered users on the hub card and in the dashboard

Managing Users

In the hub management dialog, under "Registered Users":

  • Add a user: enter an email address and click "Add User"
  • Remove a user: click the delete icon (delete) next to the user's email
  • Reset password: click the key icon (vpn_key) to send a password reset email to the user

Batch Operations

Select multiple hubs using the checkboxes on the left side of hub cards, then:

  • Click "Manage selected" to open the batch management dialog
  • You can extend subscriptions, deactivate, add/remove users, and set notes for all selected hubs at once
  • Use "Select all visible" / "Unselect all visible" buttons for quick selection

Troubleshooting

  • Login or authentication errors: if you see an error page or are unexpectedly logged out, try refreshing the page (press F5).
